Stephen assists clients in deal structuring and SEC and state Blue Sky compliance. Throughout his career, he has been legal counsel on over 150 real estate syndications and funds. Stephen’s interest in real estate finance and securities law began in law school while he was flipping and wholesaling houses and finding creative solutions to fund his deals. After law school, Stephen was tasked with developing the securities division of a boutique commercial real estate law firm. Thereafter, he worked for a nationally recognized real estate syndication law firm where he developed and implemented the processes and systems to allow the firm to grow three times (3x) in under a year.

Stephen now operates his own firm with a vision to provide the highest quality of legal service and work product while also implementing the latest in legal technology to provide a streamlined legal process for his clients.

In his spare time, Stephen enjoys creating teaching content and spending time with his toddler twin girls.
